Justin is absolutely amazing he has been keeping in contact with me on a weekly basis letting me know what's going on with my vehicle and I appreciate that so much. Caliber Collision has always been good to me I've had two other vehicles here and they've always made sure I was taking care of..

Caliber Collision did a beautiful job in repairing my SUV! I received a text almost every day on the progress and what repairs were being done. My vehicle was completed before the estimated time! All staff was so nice and helpful!

Sadly my Subaru was involved in an accident in late December. The claim was handled by USAA, the insurance company of the other driver. I am happy to report that USAA works with quality repair shops and rental car companies. At least based on my experience. From the first visit for a repair estimate to the last visit when I picked up my Subaru, the customer service experience was off the scale positive with Caliber Collision at this location. Uriah provided frequent and accurate updates on the status of repairs. Paperwork was ready for signature and the rental car drop-off at Caliber made it even easier. All I had to do was drive away in my car. The Chambers Hill location is a top notch shop where employees respect the customer and the vehicle. And it shows. Standing ovation!

Car stuff makes me nervous and even more when dealing with insurance. This shop was great and easy to work with! I’d recommend them to anyone. Lots of praise to the primary employee that was keeping me informed!
